4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active bg532 account at any time. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether using different personal details, different payment methods, different devices, or different IP addresses — is a material breach of these Terms. bg532 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. 4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bg532 username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account while it is logged in — regardless of whether you personally authorised that activity — is your responsibility. 4.4 Account Currency

5 Deposits

bg532 accepts deposits via the following methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum single deposit amount may vary by payment method and by account verification status; current limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to the Player's bg532 balance within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. bg532 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

6 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed during BST business hours (09:00–23:00 BST, seven days a week including public holidays). Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically completed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three BST business days.

bg532 applies a same-method withdrawal policy where reasonably practicable: withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. Any remaining withdrawal amount may be processed via an alternative verified method.

Before processing a withdrawal, bg532 may require the Player to complete full KYC verification including submission of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and evidence of the payment method used for deposits. 7 Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Funds balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements at the end of the validity period will be removed from the account automatically.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the bg532 sportsbook are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific rules published in the Platform's help section.

• Bets are accepted and confirmed only when the Platform displays a bet confirmation message and assigns a unique bet reference number. Verbal or chat-based bet instructions are not accepted.

You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, republish, scrape, frame, mirror, or otherwise exploit any content from the bg532 Platform without the prior written consent of bg532. Violation of this clause may result in account closure and legal action.

13 Limitation of Liability

14 Account Termination
